The Acting President of Nigeria Professor Yemi Osinbajo inaugurated the Nigerian Industrial Policy and Competitiveness Advisory Council yesterday at the presidential villa in Abuja.

The council, which will be chaired by Yemi Osinbajo himself, consists of 35 representatives of the public and private sectors including Flutterwave CEO Iyinoluwa Aboyeji and CEO of Jumia Nigeria Juliet Amamah.

The Nigerian Industrial Policy and Competitiveness Advisory Council will be pivotal to the formulation and monitoring of policies to accelerate Nigeria’s industrialization bid.
