Gloo.ng, founded by Olumide Olusanya, a former Medical Doctor back in October 2012, along with his wife, is a Lagos-based online supermarket.

Well, not for long, they are moving to Abuja come April. Gloo.ng’s value proposition is to provide customers with a very convenient, efficient and affordable means of shopping for their living essentials, saving them time, stress, and in most cases, money.

Gloo.ng is dedicated to delivering high  brands of grocery and living essentials, directly to your doorstep, on a same-day basis and at very affordable prices.

According to Olumide, Gloo.ng really isn’t in the business of selling living essentials – “our business is saving you time, saving you money, and enriching your life with happiness! Our True North is to do to supermarket shopping in Nigeria what Amazon did to book shopping in the US.”

That might sound like a mighty dream but this move into the capital city, is certainly taking that dream a little closer to reality.

If you opt in now to be notified of the service launch, you automatically get up to a 20% discount off your first Abuja purchase. Opt in here.
