The Startup currently operates in over 30 countries and has generated more than $100 million in direct revenue for hotels since 2019.
Furthermore, Co-founder and CTO Ahmed Chami confirmed that in addition to improving the startup's current platform, it is also working on a product that will address a critical gap in the market.
“Our aim is to set new standards for innovation in the hotel tech space, providing tools that make it easier for hotels to generate revenue while offering better experiences for travellers,” he added.
Recently, Africaʼs hospitality sector has witnessed growth with the industry projected to reach $731.4 billion by 2032. The hotel industry is rapidly adopting technology to improve customer experience, optimise operations, and promote sustainability efforts.
As the market develops, companies like Userguest tend to leverage the trend by providing solutions that address the growing need for efficiency and innovation in the hospitality sector.
