Konga’s CEO, Sim Shagaya, in a tweet yesterday evening, invited everyone to find bugs on the Konga Android/iOS app, and get paid for it. He has got quite a response.

Basically, find fault with the Konga app and get 10,000 for your troubles. This is a first of it’s kind Google-esque call in Nigeria; no one has ever offered money for people to find fault with their apps before. So I think this is a big deal, and it’s not necessarily about the money.

This is a step in the right direction for Nigerian companies to accept the fallibility of their own in-house developers.
