Located in the heart of Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, the flagship store has been established in collaboration with Konga, one of Nigeria’s leading e-commerce and retail companies.
The official opening ceremony was led by senior executives from ASUS and Konga and commissioned by the Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh, SAN, who performed the ceremonial ribbon cutting alongside the leadership teams of both organisations.
The launch represents ASUS’ long-term commitment to the Nigerian market and reinforces the company’s vision of bringing world-class technology experiences closer to consumers.
The new flagship store offers customers an immersive retail experience where they can explore ASUS’ extensive portfolio of products, including Proart, Zenbook, Vivobook, ROG/TUF Gaming, All-in-One, and Desktop device, while receiving expert product consultation and after-sales support.
Speaking during the launch, Mr. Aaron Tsai, E. EMEA General Manager said: “The opening of our first flagship store in Africa is a landmark achievement for ASUS. He highlighted Nigeria’s youthful, tech-savvy population as a key driver of innovation, adding that the launch reflects Konga’s long-term commitment to advancing technology adoption, digital access, and customer experience across the continent.
The Honourable Minister commended the investment as a positive contribution to Nigeria’s growing digital economy, noting that initiatives such as this strengthen the country’s innovation ecosystem, encourage technology adoption and create new opportunities for economic growth.
The flagship store opening featured guided product demonstrations, immersive technology experiences, exclusive launch-day offers and customer engagement activities celebrating this historic milestone.
