Ahead of its official launch set for 2025, ResQ-X, a new provider of on-demand roadside assistance services announces the decision to roll out an exclusive beta testing program for select users. The beta program will provide participants with free access to a number of essential car services, allowing ResQ-X to gather real-time feedback and improve the platform’s performance before the official launch.

The decision to initiate beta testing reflects ResQ-X’s commitment to delivering a seamless experience directed towards reducing common road challenges. Participants in the beta program will have access to a variety of services, including vehicle health checks, jump-start assistance, fuel delivery, flat tire support, and tow truck services. The program will be active until the end of the year, during which ResQ-X will actively incorporate user insights to enhance service reliability and ease of use.

“ResQ-X aims to guarantee that the platform is precisely suited to user needs through this beta testing phase,” Nosa Okoroji, founder and CEO of ResQ-X said. “Our goal is to deliver a premium experience that brings peace of mind to drivers on the road and those facing unexpected car issues.”

Individuals on ResQ-X’s waitlist will receive an invitation to participate in the beta, with sign-ups available on a first-come, first-served basis. Beta testers will have the opportunity to engage directly with the development team, providing feedback to shape the final product.

In 2025, ResQ-X plans to formally launch its all-inclusive roadside assistance service, using the feedback from beta testers as a basis for upgrades and improvements.
