If CBN wants to go cashless, it should make transfers free

The CBN has reduced cash withdrawal limits so we can go ‘cashless’. Responding, Adedeji Olowe, a Trustee of Open Banking Nigeria, insists that the CBN must remove transfer charges and make the necessary sacrifices that will help the cashless policy succeed.
