Talstack has expanded its people management platform with the introduction of Time Off, a leave management module created to help organisations manage leave requests, simplify approval processes, improve workforce visibility and support compliance.
This is another step towards Talstack’s planned AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS), which is intended to cover the full people management spectrum from recruiting and onboarding to exit.
Talstack’s platform currently integrates Performance Management and Learning, enabling organisations to set and track goals, align priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, capture ongoing feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using Talstack’s content catalogue or their own training materials.
The Time Off module is designed to replace fragmented processes involving spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages for requesting, approving and recording employee time away from work, including vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
According to Talstack, employees will be able to make and monitor time-off requests and view available leave balances. Managers will be able to review requests with clearer visibility into team availability and coverage, while administrators can configure policies based on the needs and requirements of their organisation.
Requests, approvals and balance changes are also logged centrally, providing more consistent records and supporting compliance, reporting, internal reviews and audits.
“With each new product we build at Talstack, we spend countless hours with users to deeply understand where existing platforms fall short. Whether you track leave requests manually, use spreadsheets or HR software, Talstack’s Time Off module will likely surpass your expectations for its simplicity and ease of use,” said Seni Sulyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack.
Time Off will be available from 27 August 2026.
More information about Talstack Time Off is available on the product page.
