Nigerian realtor and journalist Alefia Friday James, based in Abuja, has launched EstateWire247, a global real estate news platform dedicated to providing comprehensive coverage of property markets, investment trends, and housing developments across the world.

The platform, which officially commenced operations in May 2026, is positioned as a 24-hour digital publication delivering news, analysis, and insights on residential and commercial real estate across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Speaking on the launch, James said the initiative was established to address the growing demand for reliable, structured, and investor-focused information within the global property industry.

According to him, the platform will prioritize accurate, data-driven, and investor-oriented reporting, covering international property market developments, cross-border investments, urban growth trends, and emerging opportunities in both developed and emerging economies.

The publication will feature daily news updates, in-depth market analysis, exclusive interviews with industry experts, and opinion articles focusing on real estate finance, housing policy, construction trends, and property technology innovations shaping the future of the sector.

He noted that the global real estate industry continues to evolve rapidly, driven by urbanization, population growth, infrastructure expansion, and increasing investor interest in property as a long-term asset class.

EstateWire247 is expected to serve a broad audience that includes investors, developers, real estate professionals, policymakers, researchers, and members of the diaspora seeking timely insights into global property market dynamics.

James added that the platform reflects his commitment to advancing both journalism and real estate by bridging information gaps and providing credible, accessible coverage of the international property ecosystem.
