HelpMe AI Solutions has announced the introduction of its AI assistant platform in Nigeria, designed to support everyday tasks such as payments, dispatch services, food ordering, and home security management. The platform is intended for Nigerian households, startups, and small businesses seeking simplified access to multiple digital services through a single AI-powered interface.

The HelpMe AI platform consolidates financial transactions, logistics requests, food ordering, and business management tools into one system. According to the company, the platform was developed with a focus on addressing operational inefficiencies commonly experienced by users in Nigeria.

In addition to the core assistant, HelpMe AI Solutions is also developing HelpMe AI Home Automation, a complementary product that introduces smart-home capabilities. These include remote CCTV monitoring, AI-powered sensors, smart lighting, and gate control, aimed at addressing security and convenience needs for households and small businesses.

“HelpMe AI was developed to simplify everyday digital tasks by bringing multiple services into one platform that users can navigate easily,” said Ezekiel Nwaeke, Founder and CEO of HelpMe AI Solutions. “Our focus is on building solutions that reflect how people actually live and work in Nigeria.”

The company says usability and accessibility were key considerations in the platform’s design. Features such as guided prompts and simplified interfaces are intended to make the system usable without advanced technical knowledge, allowing users with varying levels of digital experience to complete routine tasks more efficiently.

HelpMe AI Solutions also notes that product development was informed by local operating conditions, particularly in areas such as security and service reliability. As a result, certain features—such as remote monitoring and access control—were prioritized during development to reflect common concerns among Nigerian users.

For startups and small businesses, the platform includes integrated tools designed to streamline daily operations, including task coordination and service management. The company states that combining these tools into a single platform is intended to reduce operational friction and improve productivity.

Data protection and platform security remain key considerations for the company. According to HelpMe AI Solutions, user data is handled in line with internal security policies designed to safeguard personal information and system access.

“Security is a core part of how we are building the platform,” Nwaeke added. “We are focused on ensuring that user data is handled responsibly as the product evolves.”

While the full commercial launch is planned for 2026, HelpMe AI Solutions says development is ongoing, with the platform being prepared for phased deployment and future expansion within Nigeria.
