So who is the Nigerian artiste of the decade? (Poll)
— Wole (@Kingwole) December 3, 2019
The Nigerian artist of the decade is WIZKID. Nobody comes close to him.
No one has carried our music the way he has for so long, while consistently staying at the top and keeping his finger on all the changes to our sound, and evolving to meet those needs at the highest level.
— Joey Akan (@JoeyAkan) December 4, 2019
Wizkid no doubt deserved to be named Nigerian artiste of the decade cus he took the industry more global,
And I'm happy Olamide came second,
Maybe that will let y'all know what that dude has done for the industry.
OLAMIDE…. put some fuvcking respect in that name.
— Barça Femeni Principal 🚀 🚀 (@BarcaPrincipal) December 4, 2019
Olamide is arguably d best Artist in Nigeria for d past 10years.
Nigga have dropped 7 albums already (+EP)
Which of d current artist can beat that?
But u all 'll rather focus on Wizkid & Davido because they're international?
Can u be best abroad when u're not d best at home?
— Captain.eth𓃵 (@ImCaptain_Sam) December 4, 2019
Olamide has been the most consistent artist in nigeria. He neva relent. If you wan argue, I'm gonna let you know the year of absence of wizkid nd davido in naija music industry. When olamide dey drop album every year, where wizkid nd davido dey. Hits full ground. Maphor#olamide pic.twitter.com/D1RUTl6mrE

This is just a diversion from that BBI nonsense, and btw! I hope this will not end with a bond or any sort of release. They better charge Mike Sonko or stop wasting the millitary resources. https://t.co/UrgDudxpF2

Justice for Moradeun
Earlier in the week, the tragic news of the death of a lady named Moradeun Balogun spread through the Nigerian social media space. Moradeun was reportedly attacked by unknown robbers on her way home from work and stabbed in the neck.
According to reports, she was rushed to R.Jolad Hospital, located in the Gbagada area of Lagos, where she died as a result of negligence by the hospital authority. Apparently, they requested for a police report before she could be attended to, as mandated by the law.
The hospital has come forward to refute these reports claiming that Moradeun’s case was too severe for them to handle and so they had to refer her to the state-run Gbagada General Hospital located about five minutes away.
A few reactions to the news on social media.
Moradeun was very friendly, Moradeun was a caring heart, Moradeun was a loving soul, Moradeun bridged gaps, Moradeun didn't deserve the inhumane act of R. JOLAD Hospital Gbagada Lagos State. Moradeun was stabbed in the neck, Moradeun was dying yet they didn't attend to Moradeun pic.twitter.com/1dAQXgYw6a
— mobólúwají (@04Se7en) December 3, 2019
For goodness sake life is priceless and is to be esteemed above all!!!
Moradeun was very dear to a lot of people and her presence brought so much joy to everyone who knew her. Now she’s gone simply because of a police report?!
— Adebanke Ilori Oyeniyi #RaisingNewVoices (@IloriAgain) December 3, 2019
Even an armed robber has a right to first hand treatment, you can handover to the police after life has been saved, talkless of a hardworking citizen, a victim of robbery…. This is not Nigeria failing Nigerians, this is Nigerians failing Nigerians 💔 Rip moradeun
— ZAMORRA (@Zamosings) December 3, 2019
Moradeun was a light to everyone. She was soooo full of life. This country didn't deserve her.
— 'Tola Oladiji (@TolaOladiji) December 3, 2019
This is the hospital’s fault
A young lady was stabbed by robbers. She was rushed to some useless hospital who refused to treat her until they see a police report. They refused her first aid, refused to stitch her up to stem the bleeding. She died. How is this hospital not an accomplice to her death?
— JJ. Omojuwa (@Omojuwa) December 3, 2019
We'll keep calling out R. Jolad hospital till we get #justiceformoradeun. And for the cold blooded killers, una no go rest because that girl serves God earnestly!
— god. (@DapoEko_) December 3, 2019
I really refuse to believe that doctors still turn dying people away because of a police report? A fucking police report? R. Jolad hospital in Gbagada killed moradeun!
— Sun hunter☀️ (@tarawoye) December 3, 2019
The hospital’s statement
— Premium Times (@PremiumTimesng) December 4, 2019
About Nigerian doctors
Later when people call out Nigerian Doctors for their negligence in the death of a patient, one Doctor will open his mouth and be talking bullshit. Hospitals who turn away victims of armed robbery which leads to their death should be criminally liable for such deaths
— Ovie (@ovie52009) December 3, 2019
I know this film well. Nigerian doctors need to change this stupid rule. Why not save the live first. I mean the person got stabbed but you still want to see police report first? How heartless are we as Nigerians https://t.co/xBLACyEWxc
— MistaTee (@MistateeT) December 3, 2019
You will make a living for yourself, then get robbed and stabbed , With Nigerian doctors ignoring Hippocratic Oath.. and nothing happens 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
— Olatomide💯 (@tbamzzy) December 3, 2019
I can't imagine Y some Nigerian Doctors and hospitals keep doing this. I suggest a rep 4rm d NPF at each hospital 2 sign police reports for emergency cases as they arise
Discipline doctors when they don't regard the hypocritical oath.
— Kuds Tara (@TaraKuds) December 3, 2019
The law needs to address this problem
I survived in 2016 because a nurse insisted on attending to me while others warned her to wait for police report.
Moradeun lost her life yesterday to the same menace.
I think we need to take the laws to the hospitals. Is it possible the nurses are afraid out of ignorance?
— Fá— (@victorfatanmi) December 3, 2019
FCCPC Already passed a Patient Bill of Rights that allows patients be treated without waiting for reports.
We almost lost a Corper who had over 18pillets in his body and they wouldn't treat him until there's a police report.

The law respects no political party
Orji Uzor Kalu thought the APC Umbrella will save him. Little did he know that Buhari will NEVER influence the Judiciary for anybody, not even his family members.
Now that he is convicted for a 7.1bn fraud, let us hear what our friends from the other side will say. Shall we?

Under Orji Uzor Kalu,Enyimba football club won the CAF champions league twice back to back. Those were moments I will never forget. He lifted Enyimba from penury unto excellence. I chose to remember him for that, not as a criminal whose mate in crime is walking free
— Enebechi Leo Esq. SP (@Iamprosperous1) December 5, 2019
The Conviction of Ex Gov. Orji Uzor Kalu is a big win for the EFCC and President Buhari administration. Create a special court for Corruption trials and subject ALL the past governors to trial.
