In a remarkable milestone coinciding with its 10th anniversary, Tuteria, Nigeria’s leading hyperlocal instructors’ marketplace, proudly announces the unprecedented success of its students in the recently concluded 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examinations.

Amidst a challenging national examination season characterized by widespread technical glitches and anxieties, Tuteria’s fully online JAMB preparation program enabled its students to achieve outstanding scores, including a national top score of 341. To further celebrate this achievement and foster academic excellence, Tuteria has awarded substantial scholarships to its top performers.

Tuteria’s commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized education was vividly demonstrated by the performance of the 49 students who participated in its online JAMB prep program.

Highlighting the exceptional caliber of instruction and student dedication, Olumuyiwa Omolaja emerged as the top scorer with an impressive total of 341. The second and third highest scores recorded by Tuteria students were 338 and 317 respectively, further solidifying the program’s impact.

In total, 26 students from Tuteria’s online cohort scored above 200, a significant achievement given the reported difficulties faced by candidates nationwide. (It is also noted that the results of 9 students were withheld due to being underage, a common JAMB procedural matter.)

Tuteria’s outstanding 2025 JAMB results underscore the effectiveness of its online learning model, dispelling lingering doubts about virtual education in Nigeria. Far from being a second-rate option, Tuteria’s program has proven to be one of the most effective paths to academic success. “I never knew the sleepless nights would pay off this much. I’m grateful to my tutors for guiding me and helping me prepare well,” said Olumuyiwa Omolaja, the top scorer.

To celebrate this achievement and support academic excellence, Tuteria is awarding scholarships to its top students: N1,000,000 for 1st place (Olumuyiwa), N500,000 for 2nd place, and N250,000 for 3rd place.

This year holds special significance for Tuteria, as the company celebrates 10 years of existence, consistently helping students prepare for JAMB and other crucial examinations such as: WAEC, NECO, IGCSE, SAT, CAMBRIDGE CHECKPOINT, and more since its inception.

This decade of dedication to personalized learning and academic support has culminated in a robust platform leveraging a growing network of over 12,000 thoroughly vetted and highly qualified tutors.

Tuteria’s rigorous tutor onboarding process, which includes multi-layered identity verification, social network checks, and optional background checks, ensures unparalleled learning quality and safety.

“This year’s JAMB results are a powerful testament to the resilience of our students and the impact of Tuteria’s personalized instruction,” said Godwin Benson, CEO and Co-founder. “While technology enables virtual learning, it’s the empathy, patience, and dedication of our tutors that truly make the difference.”

Tuteria’s intelligent matching system, flexible delivery options, and data-driven approach—including pre-assessments and progress reports—ensured tailored support for each learner. With over 50,000 students served across Nigeria, Tuteria continues to adapt to the country’s evolving educational and economic landscape.

This remarkable achievement in the 2025 JAMB examinations underscores Tuteria’s vital role in democratizing access to high-quality, personalized education across Nigeria. As the educational landscape continues to evolve, Tuteria remains at the forefront, dedicated to empowering students to achieve their full academic potential and enabling qualified individuals to earn a sustainable income by sharing their invaluable knowledge.
