Seraph Public Relations and Media, a strategic communications company, has announced the launch of the Nigeria Reputation & Media Intelligence Report (NRMI Report), a new monthly intelligence publication examining Nigeria’s reputation, media narratives and communications landscape.

The inaugural edition will be released on September 7, 2026, covering developments and communications trends observed during August 2026.

The development comes as African technology companies increasingly seek opportunities beyond their home markets, creating a growing need for stronger corporate communications, reputation management and visibility across new markets.

According to Seraph PR, the NRMI Report will examine how institutions, companies and leaders communicate each month, with coverage spanning national reputation, government communications, corporate reputation, media intelligence, crisis communications, executive visibility and emerging issues in AI and digital communications.

The inaugural August edition found that institutions increasingly relied on verifiable data and documented processes when responding to public scrutiny, while evidence-led communication appeared more durable than personality-driven rebuttals. The report also identified emerging information risks around the 2027 election cycle, financial misinformation and AI-manipulated content.

“We launched the NRMI Report because Nigeria’s reputation and media environment are constantly evolving, yet much of the conversation around these changes remains fragmented. The report gives us a structured way to examine the narratives emerging each month, understand what they reveal about public perception and communications, and build a useful record of how Nigeria’s reputation landscape is changing over time,” said Judah Kolawole, Director at Seraph Public Relations and Media.

The company said its approach includes monitoring national media, government and corporate statements, and public digital conversations, followed by verification, analysis, interpretation and editorial review.

Seraph PR said reputation intelligence is becoming increasingly relevant for African startups operating across borders, where companies may need to communicate consistently with audiences in multiple markets while responding to changing perceptions and expectations.

The NRMI Report will be published monthly, with each edition examining the reputation, media and communications landscape of the preceding month. The publication is intended to provide a continuing record of the narratives, reputation trends and communications issues shaping Nigeria’s information environment.
