In a conversation with our team at the start of the year, the Managing Director of ChamsAccess Ltd, Dr. Mrs. Olayemi Odufeso, outlined the company’s strategic 2025 direction—chief among them, expansion beyond Nigeria.

Staying true to this vision, ChamsAccess launched its first regional collaboration in Q1 through the ChamsAccess x Sierra Leone Consortium. The project, which centers on biometric identification and digital identity systems, is aimed at enhancing seamless operations across critical sectors, including identity management, pension enrollment and updates. It is a step towards strengthening institutional frameworks, improving service delivery, and supporting broader socioeconomic development in the region.

Speaking on the partnership on Monday, 14th April, the Divisional Head of Business Operations, Uche Okorie, affirmed that the move aligns with the company’s core values of innovation, agility, and excellence.
“This is just the first of many,” he noted. “We’re ready to take our future-thinking solutions into other African markets.”
