Inno Africa Hub, a new nonprofit community for African professionals, entrepreneurs, builders, and operators in the United States, has officially launched in Austin, Texas.
The Hub provides a free, collaborative space where Africans can work, connect, exchange ideas, and build together.
The first physical Hub meets every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Membership is completely free.
“This is a perfect time for Africans to build together in the U.S. Africans are making significant contributions to the American economy, but we need more spaces where we can connect, collaborate, and create opportunities together,” said Adewale Yusuf, a founding member of Inno Africa Hub.
Yusuf said the idea was inspired by the role physical communities played in the growth of the technology ecosystem.
“When communities like CcHUB started in Lagos, they created an environment where builders and professionals could meet and support one another. Many people from those communities went on to build companies worth millions and even billions of dollars. We need that kind of community here,” Yusuf said.
More Than Networking

Inno Africa Hub is designed as a weekly working community, not another networking event. Members can come to work, brainstorm ideas, meet potential collaborators, share knowledge, and build meaningful relationships.
The organization encourages Africans working remotely or in hybrid roles to make Tuesday their day to work alongside other members.
Expanding Across the U.S.
Austin is the first Inno Africa Hub, with plans to expand to other U.S. cities based on community demand.
Africans in other cities can register their interest. New locations will be considered when sufficient interest is available.
The Hub also plans to launch a virtual community as its network grows, connecting members across cities.
