Nigerian fintech company Paylater has announced its ‘Arise 2019 Data Science Internship’.
Paylater is a Nigerian fintech company that gives instant loans, enables payments and investments.
According to a tweet, the programme is for those that “want to advance your skills working on real-world Data problems, and become [a] data-driven professional.”

The 12-week programme is broken into bi-weekly sprints where interns will go through learning materials and apply their newly gained skills to problem sets.
Eligible candidates should be “young Nigerian[s] with a keen interest in Data Science, have a good understanding of statistics, SQL, Git, and intermediate experience with coding (Python).”
