The doors to the Lifepointe Centre in Lekki Lagos opened at 7 am for the maiden edition of the Techpoint Inspired conference. The event had over 1,000 people in attendance and over a few hundred virtual attendees tuned in on Facebook via our live stream.
The primary goal of the conference was to bring industry leaders together under one roof, create a dialogue to discuss the issues facing our nation and develop possible strategies on how we can become more aware of initiatives in the tech space. The event was scheduled for 7 am, but participants had already started trickling in 30 minutes before start time, which is worthy of note.
