When it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to repairing and fixing of devices, a lot of organisations fail woefully in Nigeria; but Carl Care that services Tecno and Infinix took me by surprise with the amazing service they rendered and their well organised company.
I took my phone in for a broken screen and it was repaired under 7 days, no charges, no fuss. The phone was covered by the warranty, but it was impressive, nonetheless. This was the best customer service I have experienced from any Nigerian merchant.
I managed to get some pictures of the building which has a regular section and a VIP (Very Important Person) section for people with phones worth over ₦20, 000. The rest rooms, though! Yikes!!(You might want to get that taken care of, Carlcare)
