Yes, you read right. Rocket Internet is moving to Yaba.

If you still don't believe that Yaba is the ordained tech-opolis in Lagos, well, you're on a long thing. Call it whatever you want, Yabacon Valley or Yabatech, is the place for internet companies based in Lagos, and Africa Internet Holdings (AIH) moving here is proof of that!

Rocket Internet - AIH- has leased a building in Sabo, Yaba for seemingly, all their companies [except Jumia, for obvious reasons], a little bird told us. The new complex is right beside the popular E-centre [Ozone, to many]. Rocket Internet has not made an official announcement yet, probably because the external construction of the building isn't complete, but the internal is complete and beautiful; and we have proof.

Yesterday, you viewed Jobberman's glammed up new office space, now we present to you exclusive photos of the office space that will house the Jovago, Kaymu, Lamudi, Carmudi, Hellofood and Easy Taxi Staff:

A street art-esque feel for the Kaymu logo, because to be honest, what is cooler than street art?

And the hellofood and EasyTaxi sides are pretty unique too. I like the individual feel they achieved:

What do you think about Rocket Internet's move to Yaba? And, how cool is their new workspace?

The pictures were taken with a mobile phone and we'd bring proper pictures once the building is ready.
