Data Science Nigeria (DSN) has announced a strategic partnership with Loubby AI, a disruptive AI-powered HR technology platform, to accelerate the placement of fellows from the DeepTech_Ready Upskilling programme into high-impact job opportunities across both local and international markets.
The DeepTec_ Ready Upskilling Program operates under the 3MTT (Three Million Technical Talent) initiative, a flagship program of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, sponsored by Google.org. It is designed to equip young Nigerians with advanced capabilities in data science and artificial intelligence, aligned with the country’s broader digital transformation strategy.
Through this partnership, Loubby AI will serve as the recruitment and talent placement engine by leveraging its cutting edge AI-Powered infrastructure to seamlessly match certified DeepTech fellows with job opportunities in full-time, part-time, and freelance capacities. This strategic collaboration significantly narrows the gap between technical education and direct employment, enhancing workforce readiness and facilitating smoother transitions from training to professional engagements.
“This collaboration shifts the focus from simply training talent to ensuring their integration into the workforce,” said Adebayo Ajibade, Founder and CEO of Loubby AI. “Our goal is to make Nigerian technical talent visible, accessible, and readily matched with opportunities at scale, driving meaningful economic outcomes for individuals and the nation.”
The initiative addresses a long-standing challenge in Nigeria’s digital talent ecosystem: the disconnect between skills development and job placement. By creating a streamlined pathway from education to employment, the partnership fosters long-term career growth, economic mobility, and global competitiveness for Nigerian youth.
It also reinforces Nigeria’s strategic objective to become a net exporter of technical talent and a significant contributor to the global digital economy. By unlocking access to high-quality employment opportunities, this collaboration strengthens inclusive innovation and supports Africa’s broader economic empowerment agenda.
