The DeepTec_ Ready Upskilling Program operates under the 3MTT (Three Million Technical Talent) initiative, a flagship program of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, sponsored by Google.org. It is designed to equip young Nigerians with advanced capabilities in data science and artificial intelligence, aligned with the country’s broader digital transformation strategy.
Through this partnership, Loubby AI will serve as the recruitment and talent placement engine by leveraging its cutting edge AI-Powered infrastructure to seamlessly match certified DeepTech fellows with job opportunities in full-time, part-time, and freelance capacities. This strategic collaboration significantly narrows the gap between technical education and direct employment, enhancing workforce readiness and facilitating smoother transitions from training to professional engagements.
