For a while now, there has been stories here and there about the gross misconduct and cruelty carried out by the Nigeria Police's Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) against Nigerian youth. On Tuesday this week, Rochas Okorocha, the Governor of Imo State, swore in Mrs. Ogechi Ololo, his sister as the Commissioner for Happiness and Couple's Fulfillment to address bitterness in the state.
