When users book their preferred test(s) or health package(s) on the platform, trained medical professionals are assigned to them. The medical professional then visits the user — at user’s preferred location — to get their test samples (blood or urine).
Upon collection, the sample is taken to a partner laboratory for analysis after which result is delivered to the user within 24 to 48 hours.
