Culr, a trailblazing leisure and lifestyle tech startup helping people lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle through access to a variety of leisure experiences, has recently announced its rebrand which includes a relaunch of its B2B operation as “Bubli”. The rebrand is the first step in its plans for growth and expansion.
Founded in 2023 by Oluseyi Michaels and Ayomide Adetomiwa, Culr has since gone on to curate different fun leisure and bonding experiences for both brands and individuals, built a growing community of over 1000 fun lovers across Nigeria, and launched a B2B sub brand “Bubli”.
Bubli, formerly known as Culr Corporate, is a dedicated corporate well-being and happiness arm of the Culr’s operation that helps other companies with employee well-being initiatives, team bonding hangouts, corporate gifting, and event planning.
Commenting on these developments, Oluseyi Michaels, Lead strategist/Cofounder, Culr, shared, “the Culr message is clearer now more than ever; which is to democratise leisure options. The rebrands are as a result of our commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy leisure time and activities, which are essential for well-being and quality of life.
Bubli operates a plug n play subscription model and allows users to engage its services at a very cost effective monthly rate. “It's just like hiring an experienced welfare department at a cost less than the salary of one HR personnel with zero compromise on quality,”Michaels added.
Following the rebrand announcements, Bubli will begin executing some of its exciting plans which includes “Humanize” an insightful conversation series, “Time out Tour” a first of its kind corporate entertainment tour, and an Owanbe party amongst other activities.
The Humanize series slated to start by late March 2024 is designed as a deep dive into the critical issue of work-life balance within the corporate landscape, aiming to shed light on how brands can navigate the demanding waters of organisational productivity while ensuring workplace well-being and fulfilment.
Through a curated lineup of discussions led by industry experts, founders, employees and seasoned HR professionals from various sectors, the series will explore actionable strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and seamlessly ensuring corporate. Attendees will gain access to a wealth of knowledge and practical advice, drawing from both scientific research and real-world experiences, to help them craft healthier workplace culture.
