Aboki Africa has unveiled a new name, a new logo, and a new website as a part of a comprehensive rebranding initiative.

The re-branded look

Aboki Africa, a foreign accounts provider for Africans, announced today that it completed a major re-branding to Grey. The re-branding to Grey reflects the accelerated way the company has grown and expanded in the last year and takes effect from Thursday, 3rd February 2022. The company has changed its name to Grey - signifying its stability, neutrality and solidity in the financial services industry. As a part of this re-brand, they have released a new corporate logo and website redesign that works with its growing business model.

Aboki Africa, now Grey, is a cross-border payments platform that provides foreign accounts for Africans to send and receive international payments. One of the unique features is that you can create foreign bank accounts right from the comfort of your home.

The new Grey website

"We are expanding our business scope and have outgrown our original mission," said CEO Idorenyin Obong. When asked for the reason behind the new brand name, he says, “Grey is inspired by the colour. It is solid and stable and inspires calm, balance and composure. That is what we want people to feel every time they use our service.”

He added that Grey still offers the same impeccable service Aboki Africa is known for, just under a different name.

Speaking on the re-brand to Grey, co-founder Femi Aghedo said, “The new name and identity are in keeping with the larger perspective of our brand and the products and services we offer to all our valued customers.”
