Social Media Roundup: Fire in Onitsha

On Wednesday this week, we got devastating news that the popular Ochanja market along Upper Iweka road in Onitsha, Anambra state was engulfed in a fire. According to reports, the fire was a result of a petrol tanker falling and exploding.

Apparently, the fire spread to neighbouring markets and areas. Reports also reveal that a mother and her child were unfortunately killed in the fire and properties worth millions of Naira were lost.
