FarmAgric Foundation is Continental FarmAgric Limited’s non-governmental arm whose mission is to empower farmers, inciting unparalleled progress and development in the agricultural sector in Africa. We build the capacity of new and existing farmers with our tailored training sessions, providing opportunities for hands-on internships on our farms and mobilize resources for rural farmers. We also champion advocacy campaigns to get youths actively involved in Agriculture.

Our foundation’s commitment to capacity building and community development creates effective and sustainable solutions to even the most difficult and persistent challenges such as youth unemployment, hunger, and poverty. We mobilize resources to empower farmers through practical and theoretical training sessions and also provide financial grants to farmers. We leverage on our fast-growing online community of over 5000 actively engaged young people to advocate the need for more young people to get involved in agriculture as stakeholders and investors. Finally, we are using technology to improve agriculture by moving agriculture in Africa beyond just farming into processing.

We also prioritize efficiently engaging the next generation of farmers, with special focus on gender mainstreaming because we understand that women are an integral part of the agricultural value chain. Preparing farmers with all the necessary tools to thrive in our evolving society is at the core of our aims and objectives along with the empowerment of local farmers, practical farmer training, encouragement of women and youth participation in agriculture through advocacy and movement of agriculture beyond cultivation and into processing in Africa.

The FarmAgric foundation is an Initiative of Continental FarmAgric Limited {Farmagric}, a technology-driven agricultural company that empowers farmers through the provision of required capital and inputs using funds raised from the investing public. With a mission to efficiently equip the next generation of farmers, we envision a robust agricultural sector in Africa where the economy will be driven by agritech to ensure food security, youth employment and eradicate destitution.

During the course of our work at Continental Farm Agric Limited, we have aligned ourselves with Tech-driven companies such as FINT, a peer-to-peer loan market place to offer our subscribers access to loans for up to 50% of initial investment; KOBOPAY, to grant their users seamless access to invest in our cycles; PIGGYVEST to make their subscribers earn on their savings by investing in our farms with a given discounted rate, there’s room for more partnerships with other tech-enabled firms. We just recently established a partnership with Flour Mills of Nigeria as an off-taker for our Farm Produce.
